Hello! I’m Mason with The High Lonesome.
I created The High Lonesome as an outlet for me to share my passion of the outdoors, as well as other topics I am interested in sharing with the world. I look forward to producing entertaining content with an emphasis on my passion. I am always open to feedback and suggestions so please feel free to let me know!
The High Lonesome YouTube channel has a collection of videos ranging from adventures to demonstrations. I hope to strike a healthy balance between bushcraft and history by being my authentic self. I intend to provide my honest opinions, experiences, knowledge, and skills to create discussions about the topics I am passionate about.
Various topics you may find on The High Lonesome include hunting, fishing, camping, survival, bushcraft, American history, Ohio history, wildlife education, forest and nature education. You can expect me to continue to delve into these activities and everything that comes along with them such as field dressing, tanning, tool maintenance, camping discussion, and concurrent events in Ohio and America relating to the Outdoors.
I plan on using this website to create content that is not suitable for YouTube, I also write blogs and articles. I hope to have enough information on this website that everyone can learn at least one thing!
The High Lonesome Outdoors is a website created for sharing my hobbies relating to the Outdoors. There is a blog and also articles, journals, and instructional texts. I plan on producing relevant information I am passionate about with the hope of creating discussion and informing others.
The High Lonesome is a brand I created to promote outdoor education and entertainment. Using The High Lonesome Outdoors I want to draw awareness to the rich history, wildlife, and beauty of nature. I want to provide information and content for people who are unaware or unable to participate in the activities I love. I want to provide the content I wish I had when I first started.
I want to build The High Lonesome Outdoors community with like-minded people who love the outdoors. I hope to provide a platform for people to learn and civilly discuss topics whether it be camping tactics or wildlife management laws and how they impact hunters; hikers; and the population aboard. Currently, the best way to engage in the High Lonesome Community is on the YouTube channel.
In an effort to provide the best experience for you, I invite you to use the contact page with any recommendations in the form of content, changes to the website, errors or bugs, and other inquiries!
